At P.N. Jewellers, every ornament is thoroughly inspected before dispatch. In the rare event that your jewellery arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, we offer a 7-Day Hassle-Free Replacement / Exchange Policy.
Important Guidelines for Returns:
- 360° Parcel Opening Video (Mandatory): Please record a clear, uncut video from the moment you cut open the outer courier packet showing the shipping label and the jewellery inside. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
- Report Within 48 Hours: Send your Order ID and unboxing video on our official WhatsApp helpline within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Unused Condition: The jewellery must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original P.N. Jewellers box with all tags and free gifts intact.
- Size Issues on Bangles: If you ordered the wrong bangle size, we happily offer a size exchange (subject to stock availability; two-way courier charges apply for size exchanges).
